1. Be part of an innovative and research oriented development enviornment to build the coreengine
2. Develop and own core modules of the engine from concept to deployment
3. Recommend technology and design innovations to the product
4. Recommend future and innovative updates to the product
5. Be hands on in all development activities like design, coding, unit test and test
6. Research and adopt open source and off the shelf technologies to meet feature function requirements
7. Be extremely comfortable in coding in technologies PHP, jQuery, AJAX, MySQL and related Technologies
8. Build various object oriented architectural layers like presentation layer, data layer, business process layer, data access layer, etc
9. Some prior modelling experience a plus.
