Job Description :
We are looking for tech savvy people for our Center of Excellence. We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on development experience in Java / JEE. The selected candidate will work on nich technologies in BRMS and BPM areas. (iLOG / WODM, Lombardi). The candidate will be trained in these technologies and will work on client projects and POCs for AgileRules.
Experience: 1-3 years in Java/JEE projects. Freshers who can demonstrate excellent java programming skills will be considered.
Job Location : Chennai
Required Skills: Java/JEE, Java scripts, RAD, Any Data Access (Hibernate/JPA), Any Web tier (Struts, JSF, JQuery, Google tool kit etc), Java certification or equivalent real time experience.
Desired Skills: Prior experience/knowledge of ILOG / Lombardi / Business Events
Other Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skill. Penchant towards learning new technologies. Self starter and quick learner.
Desired Profile :
The candidate will be a graduate / post graduate in any discipline. He/She will have an IT background if IT is not the graduating major. He/She will have a strong java background, be certified in it or show relevant compensating experience. The candidate will also have a working knowledge of peripheral development tools like db access, UI development etc.
The candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and will communicate effectively in a timely fashion.
