Desired Skills :
• Incumbent Should be a MBA Graduate Specialized In HR,
• Excellent Communication Skills, both Written & Verbal,
• Passion For Recruitment,
• Should be Committed and Confident.
Terms & Conditions of Employment :
• Incumbent should be willing to work in recruitment
• This will be on a contractual role for 6 months and based on the requirement and the candidate's performance it will be extended.
• Salary paid to them will be 2 Lakhs / 12 Months ( gross ).
• Job Location: Hyderabad
• They should be flexible in moving across Infotech Locations.
• Selected candidates should be willing to join immediately.
• Outstation candidates have to make their own arrangements for Travel & Stay in case if it is required.
Selection Process :
• Comprises of Written Test, Group Discussion & HR interviews.
• Written Test (Aptitude)
- Aptitude Test Pattern: Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension & Data Interpretation
- Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates in written test will have to be available for GD.
- HR interviews: Shortlisted candidates in Written Test & Group discussion will have to attend HR Interviews.
