Job Description:
- Job responsibilities would include, management of entire recruitment lifecycle - client interaction, sourcing talent through different sources, End-to-end recruitment process, Candidate Engagement, Client-Candidate Relationship Management, Salary Negotiation, Job Positioning and follow ups during and after the interviewing process.
- Screening the resumes of the candidates
- Scheduling interview for the candidates.
- Handling database.
- Responsible for meeting revenue targets
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (Right from the requisition raised to the joining of person)
- Ability to source profiles through various sources, networking, head hunting.
